  1. Who are you, where are you from?

    The BARAK'7 adventure started in 2013 at the initiative of Coralie & Mael. They wanted beautiful industrial pieces of furniture but at a reasonable price. As they did not find their happiness on the market, they decided to produce what they wanted themselves.
  2. Are the models unique?

    Each model comes from an original drawing by BARAK'7. After several prototypes, we make small series that we sell on the site. Some series are reproduced after being out of stock, others leave room for new creations. In any case, we do not want to become a furniture supermarket and we want our product to be made in an old and traditional way.

  3. How can I be sure of the quality of your products?

    The furniture were designed to meet our requirements: quality, style, originality and solid materials!

    Each piece is manually checked during the production process and we take pride in offering a REAL good quality/price ratio . If, despite our precautions, a piece of furniture is damaged, you will be able to refuse it and return it for free at the time of delivery. We will replace immediately.

    The furniture will soon be visible in our showrooms in Luxembourg and Belgium.
  4. In which countries do you deliver ?

    We deliver in UK,  Belgium, France and Corsica, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Spain and the Netherlands. If requested with our contact form, we can also deliver in the rest of Europe.

  5. How do I calculate the shipping cost of my order?

    Simply add the desired products in your cart. Then from the basket, you can accurately calculate the shipping cost of your entire order determined by country. :o)
  6. What kind of payment methods do you accept?

    Two options are available to you: You can pay by bank transfer or credit card. This choice will be offered at the third step of the ordering process: "payment".

    Credit card (selected by default):  100% online payment secured by Ogone.

    Bank Transfer: If you select this method of payment, our bank details  will be displayed in the fourth step of the ordering process "confirmation" and you will have to make an European transfer via your bank interface. Please note that the order will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

  7. When my order will be shipped?

    The BARAK'7 team prepares orders every Monday afternoon. The packages are then dispatched Tuesday morning with our logistics partners.

    If your order includes one or more pre-sale items, we will ship the entire order the day after they are available.

  8. How is the delivery of my order organized?

    Small packages are shipped by DPD. DPD will deliver your packages to Chronopost or Exapaq which will then make the delivery within 7 days with no appointment and  signature required.

    Largest packages are delivered by our service only at weekends. We will contact you by phone to schedule an appointment for the delivery.

    In all cases, drivers are required to check the condition of the goods with you. Do not sign the delivery note without having carefully checked each packages or we will not be able of providing your after-sales services in case of default.
  9. What to do if i don't like a piece of furniture?

    If, during the delivery and after inspection of the product, you find that it does not suit you, you have the right to cancel your purchase. The delivery man will take back the package at no additional costs and we will arrange a full refund. Of course, this also applies to furnitures that have been assembled and installed by the deliverer.

    You will still have a right of renunciation within 14 days from the day after the delivery of the product.

    It is important to note that, in this case, the return shipping cost are charged to the buyer  and furnitures that are damaged or incomplete will not be accepted.

    To exercise this right, please contact the seller via email at office@barak7.com.

    The right of renunciation can not be applied when ordering a custom piece of furniture.

  10. Do you also make custom products ?

    Yes, we produce with pleasure custom creations for projects. We have worked with many restaurants, hotels and even theaters. By cons, we always make prototypes and we must achieve a minimum of identical parts in order to work in project mode. Do not hesitate to contact us for more details.
